March schedule for recovery center set

March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29:
∫ At 11 a.m. family recovery group. A support group open to anyone with a family member, friend, or loved one who is in recovery or impacted by substance/alcohol use disorder. This meeting is at St. Ann’s Church, 37 Division St., Amsterdam,
∫ At 6 p.m. you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and /or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced.
March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30:
∫ At 1 p.m. recovery life skills. Learn essential skills to enhance your recovery by helping you manage and understand emotions, triggers, money management, goal setting, and other relevant topics. This meeting is at St. Ann’s Church, 37 Division St., Amsterdam.
∫ At 2:30 p.m. women’s group. A group for women in recovery who are looking for ongoing support. This meeting is at St. Ann’s Church, 37 Division St., Amsterdam.
∫ At 6 p.m. men’s support group. A recovery group for men who are looking for ongoing support.
March 2, 16: At 6 p.m. gentle yoga postures that provide relaxation to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31:
∫ At 6 p.m. Women’s Group. A recovery group for women who are looking for ongoing support.
∫ At 6 p.m. Family Recovery Group. A support group open to anyone with a family member, friend, or loved one who is in recovery or impacted by substance/alcohol use disorder.
∫ At 7:30 p.m. We Recover. A recovery meeting for individuals ages 19-30.
March 4, 11, 18, 25: At 6 p.m. you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and /or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced.
March 5, 12, 19, 26: At 6 p.m. you’re in recovery. Welcome all who are in recovery, are affected by addiction and /or support the recovery lifestyle. All pathways of recovery are embraced. The Friday night meeting is at St. Ann’s Church, 37 Division St., Amsterdam.
