PERTH — The Perth Volunteer Fire Company has scheduled a “drive-thru” Sturgess Family Chicken Barbecue on Sept. 3, starting at 2 p.m. at the firehouse on 4080 Route 30.
Orders will be served to go include half of a barbecued chicken, baked potato, coleslaw, roll & butter. The donation is $12 each. Credit/debit cards will be accepted, a news release said.
“We are excited to be able to have a late summer event for our community” John Lesniewski, president of the Perth Volunteer Fire Company, said in a news release.
Proceeds will benefit the volunteer fire department.
