Programs offered at Fort Hunter library

FORT HUNTER — Thursday, Sept. 9 at 12 p.m. “The Good, the Bad, and the Buggy” a presentation by Expert Gardener, Peter Bowden at the Fort Hunter Free Library. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation. Come and learn more about bugs that affect our lives, both the good and the bad. Thursday, Sept. 16: Watercolor Painting: Leaves to Landscape, 12 to 2 p.m. at the Fort Hunter Free Library. Artist, Mary Ann Delany will share techniques of watercolor painting as you create a notecard or painting. All supplies are provided by the library. Thursday, Sept. 23: Ancient Mysteries of Native North America, 12 p.m. Native Storyteller, Mary Ann Delany will share intriguing stories about the mysteries of the ancient Native Americans. Do you know about Chaco Canyon or Cocoa Ceremonies? Such interesting stories! You will also learn about an ancient race of giants and the coverup. Come hear the recent proof of the existence of indigenous people for 13,000 years. These ancient mysteries will amaze you.
