ALBANY - A Johnstown man admitted Thursday to conspiracy to distribute heroin and cocaine Montgomery, Schenectady and Albany counties, federal prosecutors said. Dion Underwood, 45, of Johnstown, pleaded guilty Thursday. He is to be sentenced in March.
