JOHNSTOWN —With a major snowstorm expected to hit the area Tuesday, the city police department today reinstated its all-night parking ban.
The ban for vehicles on city streets is usually in effect from midnight to 6 a.m., until April 1, but was recently lifted for good weather.
The all-night parking ban will be enforced, police said.
