JOHNSTOWN — A state police investigation of 15 Fulton County retail stores in October for underage alcohol sales netted only one arrest of a Gloversville woman.
Troopers issued a release indicating Alexis M. Antis, 21, an employee of the ZZ Petroleum Inc. store on Route 20A in the town of Johnstown, was charged Thursday with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.
The release said the store allegedly sold alcohol to a person under 21.
Antis will appear at 5 p.m. Nov. 7 in Town Court to answer the charges.
