Area man among 15 charged in sting for trafficking

CAPITAL REGION — A Gloversville man was one of 15 people who were arrested following a four-day investigation that ran from from April 19 through 22 into child exploitation and human trafficking. The investigation took place throughout the Capital District and resulted in the arrest of the 15 individuals. Two of the accused believed they were meeting a 14-year-old — on April 20, Bradley R. Boisen, 25, of Waterford, charged with felony second-degree patronizing a person for prostitution, and second-degree attempted rape; and on April 22, in the town of Clifton Park, Brett F. Dittmar, 25, was charged with felony second-degree patronizing a person for prostitution and second-degree attempted criminal sex act.

Others charged include:

∫ Todd J. Mraz, 49, of Gloversville, third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution on April 21, in the town of Clifton Park.

∫ Tracey Collins, 69, of Schenectady, third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution on April 19, in the town of Rotterdam.

∫ Vincent Morton, 41, of Schenectady, third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution on April 19, in the town of Rotterdam.

On April 20, in the town of Colonie, each charged with third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution:

∫ Daniel R. Grimm, 59, of Troy

∫ Gerald N. Pierce, 62, of Albany

∫ William L. Sherman, 57, of Guilderland

∫ Sedad Kildiz,39, of Delmar

∫ Joseph N. Panza, 66, of Watervliet

On April 21 in the town of Schodack, each were charged with third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution:

∫ Nicholas Chenard, 43, of Wynantskill

∫ Adam M. Kraszewski, 27, of Mechanicville

∫ Joshua L. Jones, 25, of Latham

On April 21 in the town of Clifton Park, each were charged with third-degree patronizing a person for prostitution:

∫ Peter G. Riscitto, 61, of West Sand Lake

∫ Sandice Mlambi, 50, of Schenectady

The state police agencies and units participating include the Troop G Bureau of Criminal Investigations, Troop G Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force from the Albany Division of the FBI, Rotterdam Police Department, North Greenbush Police Department, Colonie Police Department, East Greenbush Police Department, and the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The District Attorney’s Offices of Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady counties were also consulted during this investigation.
