CHARLESTON – A Caroga Lake man faces a felony driving while intoxicated charge after a one-car crash Sunday, Montgomery County Sheriff’s officials said.
Dylan E. Rulison, 22, of Caroga Lake, was arrested after deputies and New York State Police troopers responded to North Green Road in Charleston for an accident, sheriff’s officials said.

They arrived to learn the driver, identified as Rulison, had been driving under the influence of alcohol and held a restriction for an interlock device. The vehicle was also found with switched plates and a suspended registration, officials said.
Rulison was charged with felon DWI, along with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and misdemeanor operating without an interlock device and with a suspended registration.
Rulison was processed and released to a non-involved third party to appear in court later.
