JOHNSTOWN — Krystal G. Vasquez, 34, of 31 N. Judson St., Gloversville, was charged Tuesday by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a felony, and petit larceny and fifth-degree welfare fraud, both misdemeanors.
Deputies said she was charged at 9:45 a.m. Deputies said Vasquez allegedly collected temporary assistance benefits from the Fulton County Department of Social Services in the amount of $640 that she wasn’t entitled to.
She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the City Court at a later date.
