JOHNSTOWN — Wayne D. Schermerhorn, 40, of 33 N. Hollywood Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 4:23 a.m. Sunday with failure to use designated lane, driving while intoxicated, and driving with 0.08 percent or higher blood alcohol content.
Police said the motorist was charged on North Market Street.
He will appear later in City Court.
Unlicensed operation

JOHNSTOWN — Kyle M. Stewart, 25, of 103 Kingsboro Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 6:39 p.m. Sunday with speeding and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
Police said he was charged on West Green Street.
The suspect posted $50 bail to reappear later in City Court.

JOHNSTOWN — Robert N. Parks, 45, of 2 Riverside Drive, Apt. 5, Fultonville, was charged by city police at 8:34 a.m. Nov. 25 on a warrant.
Police said he was charged on a warrant issued by City Court.
He was held for an appearance in that court.
Disorderly conduct

JOHNSTOWN — David J. Urban, 20, and Courtney L. Vannostrand, 20, both of 10 E. Clinton St., were charged by city police at 4:35 a.m. Nov. 25 with disorderly conduct.
Police arrested the two suspects at home after they responded to an argument between numerous people in public.
Urban and Vannostrand will appear later in City Court.
Petit larceny

JOHNSTOWN — Jeremy T. Lawton, 19, of 104 W. Fulton St., was charged by city police at 6:45 p.m. Nov. 22 with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.
Police said he was charged at home for allegedly being involved in a burglary at 4 p.m. Nov. 13 at 145 Pleasant Ave.
He was held for arraignment in City Court.

JOHNSTOWN — Jonathan M. Bawm, 17, of 18 Willow St., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 5:13 p.m. Monday on a warrant.
Police said he was charged on a warrant issued by City Court.
He was held for arraignment in that court.

JOHNSTOWN — Julianna E. Cool, 24, of 101 Water St., Apt. 2, was charged by city police at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant.
She was cited on a bench warrant issued by City Court.
She was held for arraignment in that court.
Custodial interference

BROADALBIN — Kathleen A. Carpenter was arrested Nov. 28 by Fulton County Sheriff’s and charged with custodial interference second degree, a misdemeanour.
The 46-year-old was arrested following a custodial interference complaint in the village.
It is alleged that Carpenter interfered with the lawful custody of a minor child. Carpenter was issued an appearance ticket for the Village Court at a later date.
