Tri-county blotter

Man charged after calling victim

JOHNSTOWN — Brandon T. Phillips, 35, of 438 County Highway 106, Perth, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies on March 23 with one felony count of aggravated criminal contempt.

Deputies said that Phillips — an inmate at the Fulton County Jail — was allegedly making telephone calls to a person he was ordered not to contact due to two court-issued Orders of Protection.

He will appear later in City Court.

Failure to appear leads to charges
