GLOVERSVILLE – A city man is facing charges after city police said he had sexual contact with a child.
Robert E. Harpp, 71, of 2 Frontage Road, Apartment 1005, was charged Tuesday with first-degree sexual abuse.
Officers said Harpp was charged after an investigation showed he had sexual contact with a juvenile female less than 11-years-old over the course of several years.
Harpp was arraigned in City Court by Judge Cory Dalmata and sent to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bond.
