Traffic stop results in DWI charges

JOHNSTOWN — John D. Johnson, 48, of 21 Walnut Ave., was charged by city police at 7:46 p.m. March 28 with driving while intoxicated, failure to signal a turn and speeding.

Police said he was charged at his residence.

He was held for arraignment in City Court.

Missing television results in charges

JOHNSTOWN —Damin D. Sitterly, 17, of 7 W. Fulton St., was charged by city police at 4:51 p.m. March 30 with petit larceny.

Police said he was charged at home in connection with an offense at 8 p.m. March 22.

Police said Sitterly was arrested for taking a television.

He will appear later in City Court.

Traffic stop leads to several charges

JOHNSTOWN — Joseph C. Lanigra, 32, of 82 Western Parkway, Schenectady, was charged by city police at 1:14 p.m. March 31 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, equipment violation (taillight) and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police said the motorist was cited on Prospect Street.

He will appear later in City Court.

Complaint leads to harassment charges

JOHNSTOWN — Stephen P. Arnold, 62, of 16 Third St., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 1:45 a.m. March 31 with second-degree harassment.

Police said he was charged at 2 W. Madison Ave., cited from a complaint.

He will appear later in City Court.
