Man charged with trespass
GLOVERSVILLE — David A. Proctor, 27, of 97 Lincoln St. was charged with trespass by city police on Friday.
Officers said Proctor was charged following a domestic incident. During the investigation it was determined that Proctor was told several times by the victim to leave her property. Proctor refused. Proctor was arrested and held for arraignment in Gloversville City Court.
Man charged with alleged shoplifting
GLOVERSVILLE — Sebastian J Damico, 54, of 16 Grand St. was charged with petit larceny by city police on Friday.
Officers said Damico was charged following a shoplifter in custody complaint from Walmart. Police said Damico was observed passing all points of sales without paying for items.
Damico was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of Monday.
Man allegedly takes kegorator from store
AMSTERDAM — Jonathan J. Morrison, 42, of 66 Glen Ave., was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Nov.11 for petit larceny for allegedly taking a kegorator from Walmart.
2 charged for giving false information
MOHAWK — Two men were charged on Thursday with six-degree conspiracy when allegedly giving Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies false information regarding a motor vehicle accident on Route 334.
Dylan R. Pierce, 18, was charged for driving while intoxicated, speed not reasonable or prudent, sixth-degree conspiracy and second-degree obstruction government administration.
Dylan J. Couball was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy.
When investigating the accident, Pierce and Couball allegedly gave false information as to who was driving the vehicle. Through the investigation, deputies learned it was Pierce who was driving. Both men are scheduled to appear in town court at a later date.
Man charged with taking items
AMSTERDAM — Joel Gonzalez-Vazquez, 25, of 229 Division St. was charged on Thursday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for petit larceny. Gonzalez-Vazquez allegedly stole $73.66 worth in merchandise from Walmart. He was processed and arraigned in town court.
Traffic stop leads to drug charges
FLORIDA — David R. Crouse, 39, of 2 Montgomery Terrace Ext., Fonda was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday for unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. During a traffic stop, deputies found Crouse in possession of marijuana and a crushed loratab pill. He was processed and released on appearance tickets returnable to town court.
Woman accused of shoplifting
AMSTERDAM — Deborah A. Ross, 37, of 14 Jay St., was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Monday with petit larceny. Ross allegedly stole merchandise valued at $36.28 from Walmart. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to town court.
