Plow truck driver charged with DWI

FULTONVILLE — Walter D. Daley, 57, of 11 Ann St. was charged on Jan. 13 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 or higher and failure to maintain the designated lane. Daley struck a guide rail on Franklin Street, Fultonville with a village of Fultonville Department of Public Works plow truck. His blood alcohol content level was shown to be .19 percent. Daley was arraigned in the town of Glen Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility with a $5,000 cash bail or a $10,00 bail bond.

One-car accident leads to DWI charge

JOHNSTOWN — Ginao A. Macaluso-Young, 19, of 77 Helwig St., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 4:03 a.m. Jan. 13 with driving while intoxicated and driving with 0.08 percent or greater blood alcohol content, misdemeanors; and failure to use designated lane, a violation.

Police said the suspect was arrested on North Market Street after a one-car accident.

Macaluso-Young will appear later in City Court.

Man picked up on active bench warrant

GLOVERSVILLE —Andrew S. Rutauskas, 31, of 43 Grove St. was taken into custody on a bench warrant by city police on Friday.

Officers said Rutauskas was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by City Court for failing to appear in court after being charged with having an unlicensed dog.

Rutauskas was located as a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop.

Rutauskas was transported to the station where he was processed and held for arraignment.

Woman in custody for disorderly conduct

GLOVERSVILLE — Mckenzie D. Doukontas, 17, of 16 W. Tenth Ave. was taken into custody on a bench warrant by city police on Sunday.

Officers said Doukontas was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by City Court for failing to appear in court after being charged with disorderly conduct.

Doukontas was transported to the station where she was processed and held for arraignment.

Man in custody after New Year’s warrant

GLOVERSVILLE — James W. Gordon-Jack, 23, of 54 First Ave. was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief by city police on Friday.

Officers said they conducted a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue and located Gordon-Jack who was a passenger in the vehicle and found to be the subject of an active arrest warrant issued by Judge Traci Dimezza for fourth-degree criminal mischief stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 31.

Gordon-Jack was arrested, processed and held for arraignment.

Woman in custody for false personation

GLOVERSVILLE — Elizabeth R. Dence, 32, of 14 Littauer Place was taken into custody on a bench warrant by city police on Saturday.

Officers said Dence was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by City Court for failing to appear in court after being charged with false personation.

Dence was located during an investigation into an unrelated case, she was transported to the station where she was processed and held for arraignment.
