Bleecker man faces several charges

JOHNSTOWN — Adam S. Bleyl, 22, of 126 County Highway 112, Bleecker, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies at 7 p.m. Jan. 27 with third-degree attempted grand larceny, second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, trespass, driving while intoxicated, no license plates, and speed not reasonable and prudent.

Deputies said he was charged following a suspicious activity complaint in the town. Deputies said that Bleyl at 12:40 a.m. Jan. 27 allegedly entered Borrego Solar Systems solar farm on West State Street Extension, and attempted to steal a Polaris Ranger UTV. He was arraigned in Town Court and sent to the county jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.
