Man arrested on active warrant
JOHNSTOWN — Larry J. Fox, 56, of 1995 Hickory Hill Road, Fonda, was arrested by city police at 11:30 a.m. March 6 on a warrant. Police said he was charged on East Main Street.
He was arraigned and will appear later in City Court.
Woman taken in on active arrest warrant
JOHNSTOWN — Alison M. Marrone, 29, of 19 Yost St., was arrested on East Main Street by city police at 9:31 a.m. March 6 on a warrant.
She was arraigned and will appear later in that court.
Failure to signal leads to drug charge
JOHNSTOWN — Kelly M. Yowell, 48, of 205 Fonclair St., was charged by city police at 10:20 p.m. March 5 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and failure to signal a turn, a violation.
Police said she was charged following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
She will appear later in City Court.
Criminal contempt, unlicensed charged
JOHNSTOWN — Tyrell H. Thomas, 23, of 3 Swan St., was charged by city police at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday with misdemeanor counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and second-degree criminal contempt.
Police said he was charged on Townsend Avenue after an officer responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint. There was also active warrant out of the Johnstown Police Department for criminal contempt for an incident on Feb. 27.
He was arraigned and will appear later in City Court.
Traffic stop leads to unlicensed citation
JOHNSTOWN — Corey R. Moynihan, 25, of Schuyler Lake, was charged by city police at 4:25 p.m. Thursday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor.
Police said the suspect was charged on North Perry Street after a traffic stop.
Moynihan will appear later in City Court.
Interfering with investigation cited
GLOVERSVILLE — Michael J. Lincoln, 25, of 8 Francis St., Amsterdam, was charged with obstructing governmental administration by city police on March 8 at 2:20 a.m.
City police said Lincoln was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on Fremont Street, when he allegedly interfered with the officer’s investigation into his possibly driving while intoxicated.
Lincoln was arrested and released on an appearance ticket.
Failure to appear leads to more charges
GLOVERSVILLE – Jessica M. Wilson, 29, of 531 N. Market St., Johnstown, was taken into custody at the Holiday Inn in Johnstown, on March 8 on an active bench warrant.
Wilson was taken into custody on an active bench warrant issued in Gloversville City Court by Judge Traci DiMezza for failing to appear on a disorderly conduct charge.
Wilson was transported to the Gloversville Police Station where she was processed and held for arraignment.
