Deputies: Man failed to pay a fine
GLEN — Alexander P. Gayheart, 28, of 88 Remsen St., Cohoes was charged on Oct. 30 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for failing to pay a fine.
Gayheart was processed and arraigned in Town Court where bail was set at $505 and he was brought to corrections.
Troopers: 2 charged after traffic stop
ESPERANCE — Vincent S. Brower, 24, of Sherburne was charged by state police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Friday. In the same traffic stop, Jesse L. James, 20, of Sherburne, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.
Man charged with DWI after stop
AMSTERDAM — Wayne W. Mitchel, 37, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Troopers: Man had marijuana on him
GLOVERSVILLE — Lucas J. Beekman, 24, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
