Disorderly call leads to arrest
GLOVERSVILLE — Joseph Hoyt, 39, of 110 Bleecker St., was taken into custody on an active bench warrant by city police on Tuesday at 8:50 p.m.
Hoyt was located by police during a disorderly conduct complaint. The bench warrant for Hoyt was issued for failure to appear in City Court after being issued a summons for a disorderly conduct complaint.
Hoyt was transported to the station for processing and arraignment.
Petit larceny charge leads to warrant
GLOVERSVILLE — Stephanie L. Moore, 27, of 44 Washington St., was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant by city police on Nov. 14 at 3:44 a.m.
Police said the warrant for Moore was issued out of City Court on an original charge of petit larceny. Moore was located by police at 109 E. Fulton St.
Moore was transported to the station where she was processed and held for arraignment.
Stolen property charge lodged
AMSTERDAM — Wilfredo Marrero-Garcia, 30, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Nov. 7 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Man cited for marijuana possession
ESPERANCE — Anthony M. Noxon, 29, of Central Bridge was charged by state police on Nov. 8 with unlawful possession of marijuana.
