Woman charged with petit larceny
GALWAY — Shannon H. Hulett, 29, of Fort Johnson was charged by state police on Tuesday with petit larceny for an incident which occurred in Wilton on Tuesday.
Man charged with having marijuana
AMSTERDAM — Thomas J. Lindquist, 25, of Amsterdam was charged by state police on Dec. 6 with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Teenager charged with petit larceny
GLEN — An unidentified 18-year-old female from Glen was charged by state police on Dec. 6 with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor.
Man charged with felony DWI
MAYFIELD — Shawn W. Meher, 48, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Dec. 6 with felony driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions within the last 10 years and aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. Both are Class D felonies.
Police: Man wanted on bench warrant
GLOVERSVILLE — Eric M. Davis, 30, of 44 Montgomery St., Apartment 3, was taken into custody on an active bench warrant by city police on Dec. 12 at 10:33 p.m.
Police said the bench warrant for Davis was issued out of City Court for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Officers located Davis while on a traffic stop on Orchard Street.
Davis was transported to the station where he was processed and arraigned.
