Woman allegedly shoplifts from store

GLOVERSVILLE — Kimberly A. Francisco, 42, of 44 Third St., was charged with petit larceny by city police on Feb. 5 at 6:18 p.m.

Francisco was taken into custody by patrol officers at the Walmart at 329 S. Kingsboro Ave. following a larceny investigation. During the course of investigation, it was determined that Francisco took store merchandise past all points of sale without paying.

Francisco was processed at the station and released with an appearance returnable in City Court at a later date.

Bad headlights lead to unlicensed charge

JOHNSTOWN — Joshua P. Reisinger, 30, of 3 N. Hollywood Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 2:22 a.m. Jan. 31 with misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation; and inadequate headlight, a violation.

Police said he was charged on North Comrie Avenue after a vehicle stop.

He will appear later in City Court.

No inspection, license charged

JOHNSTOWN — Kathy A. Brown, 19, of 50 Oakland Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 1:51 p.m. Jan. 30 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and uninspected motor vehicle, a violation.

Police said she was charged on North Perry Street while on a vehicle stop.

Brown will appear later in City Court.

Arrest made on active warrant

JOHNSTOWN — Jennifer S. Rumrill, 32, of 89 Woodside Ave., Gloversville, was arrested by city police at 9:04 a.m. Jan. 22 on a warrant.

Police said she was arrested at the police station on a valid bench warrant out of City Court.

Rumrill was released to appear later in City Court.

No registration, inspection charged

JOHNSTOWN — Melissa C. Toomer, 36, of 15 Elmwood Ave., Gloversville, was charged by city police at 3:30 a.m. Jan. 28 with suspended registration, a misdemeanor; and uninspected motor vehicle, a violation.

Police said she was arrested on North Comrie Avenue after a stop for allegedly driving with a suspended registration and uninspected vehicle, police said.

Toomer will appear later in City Court.

Man cited for taking bottle of Jagermeister

JOHNSTOWN — Jordan P. Griswold, 22, of 300 Glebe St., was charged by city police at 9:50 a.m. Jan. 24 with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

Police said he was charged after allegedly stealing a bottle of Jagermeister valued at $22.67 from DeMi’s Wine and Liquor Store on East Main Street on Jan. 22.

Griswold will appear later in City Court.

Accident leads to unlicensed charges

JOHNSTOWN — Kaysha M. Maldonado, 24, of 327 Division St., Amsterdam, was charged by city police at 12:53 p.m. Jan. 26 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and unsafe backing, a violation.

Police said she was arrested at 109 Dove St. while officers investigated a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Maldonado will appear later in City Court.
