Man turns self in for active bench warrants
JOHNSTOWN — Clifford A. Rose, 41, of 117 Washington St., was arrested by city police at 9:21 p.m. June 17 on a warrant.
Police said he was arrested at the police station after he turned himself in on two bench warrants issued out of City Court, with the offense occurring June 11.
He will appear later in City Court.
Fight in street leads to disorderly conduct
GLOVERSVILLE — Jennifer M. Podrazik, 30, of 81 Park St., and Jody A. White, 46, of 94 First Ave., were each charged with disorderly conduct by city police on June 17 at 9:20 a.m.
While on patrol, officers observed Podrazik and White on North Main Street physically fighting in the roadway.
Both Podrazik and White were taken into custody and released on appearance tickets returnable in City Court at a later date.
