$50K bail set for 1st-degree contempt

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Cory Baldwin, of, 9 Enoch St., Nelliston was charged by village police on April 26 with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.

Baldwin was charged following an incident that occurred in the village.

He was arraigned and remanded to Montgomery County Jail with bail set at $25,000 cash and $50,000.

Woman arrested on active bench warrant

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Crystal Quayle, of 87 Loomis St., Little Falls was charged on May 9 by village police on an active bench warrant.

Quayle was arrested by Little Falls Police and turned over to St. Johnsville Police on an active bench warrant. She was remanded to Montgomery County Jail.

Man charged with grand larceny 4th

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Scott Dunbar, of 227 N. Washington St., Herkimer was charged on May 16 by village police for fourth-degree grand larceny.

Dunbar was charged following a police investigation of an incident that took place on March 24.

He was processed and arraigned at St. Johnsville Town Court.

Criminal contempt charge lodged

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Michael Hart, of 257 Kringsbush Road, was charged by village police on May 18 for second-degree criminal contempt.

Hart was charged following a verbal altercation with an female who had an active stay-away order of protection.

He was processed and arraigned at St. Johnsville Town Court and remanded to Montgomery County Jail.

Expired inspection leads to more charges

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Boyd Wells, of 423 East Road was charged on May 2, by village police for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, unlawful possession of marijuana and expired state inspection.

Wells was released on traffic and appearance tickets.

Driver facing numerous charges

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Alden Moore, of 17 Spring St., was charged on May 27, by village police with suspended state registration, expired state inspection, no insurance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Moore was issued traffic tickets and the vehicle was towed.

Driver charged with being unlicensed

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Daniel Brownell, of 224 Creek Road, Little Falls was charged by village police on June 6, with aggravated unlicensed operation and expired state inspection.

Brownell was issued traffic tickets and released.
