Man charged with animal cruelty

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Keith Trickler, of 55 West Main St., was charged on June 7, by village police for aggravated cruelty to animals and failure to provide sustenance.

Trickler was arrested following police investigation regarding an animal abuse complaint.

He was processed and arraigned, and remanded to Montgomery County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash and $20,000 bail bond.

Woman charged with animal cruelty

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Nicole Docter, of 55 West Main St., was charged on June 7, by village police for aggravated cruelty to animals and failure to provide sustenance.

Docter was arrested following police investigation regarding an animal abuse complaint.

She was remanded to Montgomery County Jail with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bail bond.

Man facing burglary, other charges

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Rodney Service, of 30 Orchard St., Fort Plain was charged by village police on June 13, with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal trespass.

Service was arrested after an investigation regarding a break-in at the Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville High School.

He was processed and arraigned at St. Johnsville Town Court with bail set at $10,000 cash and $20,000 bail bond. Service was remanded to Montgomery County Jail.

Grand larceny charge lodged

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Jeffrey Eggleston, of 1101 Laura St., Schenectady was charged on June 19, by village police for fourth-degree grand larceny.

Eggleston was arraigned and remanded to Montgomery County Jail with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bail bond.
