Man charged with unlicensed operation

AMSTERDAM — Brandyn Ainsworth, 26, of Gloversville was charged on Thursday by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.

During a traffic stop, a license check showed Ainsworth allegedly held a suspended driver’s license for failing to answer a summons in Fulton County.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Amsterdam Town Court at later date.

Traffic stop leads to multiple charges

GLEN — Devann Nichole Tripp, 27, of 905 Brand Road, Sprakers was charged on Thursday by Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device.

Tripp was seen by deputies weaving in and out of lane on Route 5s and during a traffic stop, a DMV check revealed Tripp’s license had been revoked on March 1, 2018 for driving while intoxicated.

Tripp was processed roadside and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Glen Town Court on July 18.

Local man arrested on active warrant

FONDA — Michael M. Intelisano, 22, of 412 Route 107, Johnstown was charged by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies on Friday for having an active bench warrant out of Fulton County.

Intelisano was taken into custody on his warrant without incident and turned over to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office to be brought before a judge.

Sheriff’s charge man for suspended license

AMSTERDAM — William J. Kearns, 32, of 23 Prospect St., Fultonville was charged on July 2 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for having a suspended driver’s license.

Kearns was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Amsterdam Town Court.

Man taken in on active bench warrant

GLOVERSVILLE — Julian M. Sims, 38, of 128 Fremont St., was taken into custody on an active bench warrant by city police on July 1 at 9:35 a.m.

The warrant for Sims was issued by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department. Sims was located at his residence by Gloversville police officers who were investigating a separate incident.

Sims was turned over to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department.

Active bench warrant leads to woman’s arrest

GLOVERSVILLE — Kerrilyn S. Polite, 36, of 37 Woodside Ave., was taken into custody on an active warrant by city police on July 1 at 11:08 a.m.

The warrant for Polite was issued out of Fulton County Court for a violation of probation. Polite was located at her residence while officers were investigating an unrelated Department of Social Services complaint.

Polite was transported to Fulton County Court.
