Police: Man pushed juvenile female

GLOVERSVILLE — Ross A. Gordon, 43, of Gloversville, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment by city police on Sunday at 1:25 a.m.

Gordon was taken into custody following a domestic violence complaint. During the course of investigation, police say that Gordon was observed pushing a juvenile female.

Gordon was arraigned in City Court.

Sheriff: Registration was suspended

AMSTERDAM — Jennifer J. Morin, 30, was charged on Sept. 16 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies for suspended registration, uninspected motor vehicle, and failure to produce ID card.

Morin was operating a vehicle with a suspended registration when her vehicle alerted the mobile plate reader for a suspension. Sheriff’s deputies confirmed the suspension was due to an insurance lapse and the inspection sticker was expired.

She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on a later date.

Deputies: Woman had .15 percent BAC

CANAJOHARIE — Sandra A. Vosburgh, 66, of 85 Lafayette St., Palatine Bridge was charged on Sept. 17, by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies with disobeying traffic control device, moved from lane unsafely, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated.

Sheriff deputies initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle not staying in its lane. Field sobriety test were administered to Vosburgh at the scene and a chemical test was later conducted that showed her BAC was .15 percent.

Vosburgh was processed and issued appearance tickets returnable to Village Court on Oct. 1. She was released to a sober third party.

2 men were charged with possession

LAKE GEORGE — Pedro G. Torres Rivera, 41 and Yanira Gerena, 40, of Amsterdam were each charged by state police on Saturday with possession of a controlled substance not in its regular container and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Woman was charged with DWI

MAYFIELD — Kimberly J. Fitzpatrick, 37, of Northampton was charged by state police on Wednesday with failure to keep right, driving left of pavement markers, driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.

Man charged with petit larceny

ROOT — Charles L. Gray, 43, of Root was charged by state police on Wednesday with petit larceny and issuing a bad check for an incident which occurred in the town of Ballston on July 29.

Troopers: Man charged with burglary

MAYFIELD — Michael J. Donaghy, 69, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Thursday with second-degree burglary of a dwelling for an incident which occurred in Mayfield on Wednesday.

Donaghy was held on $5,000 cash bail.

Brooklyn man charged with DWI

JOHNSTOWN — Joel S. Gardner, 29, of Brooklyn was charged by state police on Saturday driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
