Man charged with criminal mischief
PERTH — Levi B. Cabral, 21, of Perth was charged by state police on Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony.
Cabral was released on an appearance ticket.
Driver facing DWI charges
MINDEN — Juli L. Lathers, 33, of Canajoharie was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated by state police on Monday.
Troopers said Lathers was charged on Sanders Road in the town. Lathers was issued an appearance ticket and released.
Drunk driving charged Tuesday
MOHAWK — Alexander Snell, 22, of Gloversville was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and driving while intoxicated by state police on Tuesday.

Mayfield man faces petit larceny charge
AMSTERDAM — Zachary S. Jones, 27, of Mayfield was charged with petit larceny by state police on Tuesday.
Troopers said Jones was charged following an incident at the Sanford Farms Plaza in the town. He was issued an appearance ticket for Town Court on a later date and released.
