FLORIDA — Johnathan W. Moore, 32, of Fort Johnson was charged by state police on Feb. 6 with having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, first offense.
Albany man facing felony drug charges
FLORIDA — Isaiah J. Montgomery, 33, of Albany was charged by state police on Feb. 7 with second-degree assault, a class D felony, resisting arrest, four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine, a class C felony, and first-degree operator impaired by drugs.
