Two facing drug charges
AMSTERDAM — Two people were charged by state police with counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Ashley N. Brooker, 27, of Johnstown and Kaleel R. Miller, 23, of New York City, were charged on Saturday with the class A misdemeanors.
Brooker is facing one count, and Miller, two.
Both were released on appearance tickets returnable to Amsterdam City Court.
Driver facing drunk driving charges
AMSTERDAM — Gabriel J. Randolph, 35, of Schenectady was charged by state police on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, first offense, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Randolph was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Amsterdam Town Court.
Harassment, 2nd charged Saturday
FLORIDA — Bhirem G. Bushunath, 19, of Schenectady, was charged on Saturday by state police with second-degree harassment.
Bushunath was released to a third party with an appearance ticket to Florida Town Court at a later date.
Driver facing drunk driving charges
FLORIDA — Jesse W. Brown, 61, of Albany was charged by state police on Sunday with driving while intoxicated and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Brown was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Florida Town Court at a later date.
Driver facing several DWI charges
GLOVERSVILLE— Kerrilyn S. Polite, 38, of Northville was charged by state police on Friday with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, first offense.
Polite was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Gloversville City Court.
Driver cited for driving drunk, BAC
FORT JOHNSON — Marcus J. Reid, 35, of Schenectady was charged by state police on Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, first offense, and having a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
Reid was released on an appearance ticket to Fort Johnson Village Court.
Gloversville man facing bail jumping
SARATOGA SPRINGS — David R. Heroth, 24, of Gloversville was charged by state police on Tuesday with third-degree bail jumping in Galway.
Heroth was arraigned and released in his own recognizance for a court appearance in Saratoga Springs City Court at a later date.
