Man allegedly tackles victim

JOHNSTOWN — Cameron M. Taylor, 18, of 3 Pearl St., was charged by city police at 9:50 a.m. April 25 with second-degree harassment, a violation.

Police said officers responded to a residence on Pearl Street for a report of a physical altercation between two people. Police said an investigation concluded Taylor allegedly tackled another male to the ground while subjecting him to unwanted physical contact.

Taylor was issued an appearance ticket for City Court.

Bad taillights leads to several charges

JOHNSTOWN — Brandon I. Willis, 29, of 804 Fon Clair St., was charged by city police at 9:11 p.m. April 23 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and insufficient brake lamps.

Police said officers stopped a vehicle on East State Street for a lighting violation, and Willis was found to have an alleged suspended license.

He will appear later in City Court.

Driving while intoxicated charged

JOHNSTOWN — Paul W. Gallo, 32, of Ballston Spa, was charged by state police on Sunday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated, first offense.

Woman allegedly burglarizes building

FONDA — Chitranie Khywah, 25, of Schenectady, was charged by state police on Thursday with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a class C felony.

Khywah was arraigned and released in her own recognizance.

Driving while intoxicated charged

BROADALBIN — Todd A. Gasner, 55, of Johnstown, was charged by state police Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, first offense.

Gasner was released to a third party.
