∫ Year of the Glove: Fulton-Montgomery Chamber of Commerce in the rotunda gallery, 2 N. Main St., Gloversville, 7 p.m. Free and open to the public. The exhibition by the Fulton County middle and high school student art and essay competition, sponsored by the Fulton County historian and Fulton County Historical Society, will be on display through Tuesday.
∫ Robyn Valentine — “1825 Days of Survival”: Micropolis Gallery, 30 N. Main St., Gloversville. Valentine creates three-dimensional collages of metals, leather, fiber and cement. Paintings, drawings, pastels, photographs, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, jewelry, pottery, woodland assemblages and fine art cards by Micropolis artists are also on display. The show, which is free and open to the public, runs through June from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
