Throughout his senior year, he has maintained a rigorous college-level schedule, including calculus I, college biology, American political systems, economics, English 103/104, and psychology/sociology. He will receive the New York State Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish upon graduation.
Throughout his high school career, Clapper has participated in many extracurricular activities. These included Concert Band, Jazz Band, Interact Club, National Honor Society, Art and Music Honor Society, varsity soccer, varsity track and field, and Varsity Club. He has also participated in the NYSSMA Solo Festival, Area All-County Band Festival, and Area All-State Band Festival.
In the fall, he plans to attend the University at Albany to pursue a degree in computer science alongside a minor in music.
