JOHNSTOWN – Robert and Sharon Leach of Oakwood Avenue, Johnstown, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Sept. 4, 2012.
The couple renewed their vows at the North Main Street United Methodist Church, Gloversville. The Rev. Christopher Hamm officiated.
Sharon Leach was escorted by Catherine Leach of Gloversville, daughter of the couple.
The matron of honor was Pamela Dutcher of Mayfield.
The best man was Justin Leach of Johnstown, their son.
The attendants were Ruth Betler of Oneonta, Otsego County, niece, accompanied by son Ron Anderson of Marion, Ind.; niece Connie Whitbeck of Johnstown, accompanied by son Russell Anderson of Charleston,; daughter Bobbi Leach of Gloversville, accompanied by brother Jeffrey Leach of Mayfield; sister Melissa Barclay of Gloversville, accompanied by Eric Hudson of Gloversville; niece Beth Leach of Gloversville, accompanied by son Kevin Anderson Sr. of Seattle.
The flower girl was Stacey Betler of Johnstown, niece.
The ringbearer was Christopher Anderson of Mayfield, son.
The anniversary coordinator was Kirstin Barclay of Gloversville, niece.
The couple’s eight children created a family unity sand vase in commemoration.
A reception for 125 people was held at the Veterans of Foreign Wars hall, Gloversville.
An anniversary wedding trip was taken to Las Vegas, Nev.
