Dr. and Mrs. Michael J. Fraser of Tribes Hill, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Renee Fraser, to Matthew Hallenbeck, the son of Phillip and Marcia Hallenbeck of Mayfield. Fraser, a graduate of LeMoyne College and the College of St. Rose, is a school psychologist for the Greater Amsterdam School District and Freedom First Psychological Services in Latham, . Hallenbeck is a member service representative-marketing assistant for the First Choice Financial Federal Credit Union, Gloversville. An August 2020 wedding is planned.

Thomas and Janice Moore Jr. of Gloversville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Moore, to Justin Allen, the son of Michelle Reid-Rossi of Escondido, Calif., and Anthony Allen Jr. of Broadalbin. Allen graduated from Gloversville High School in 2013, and attended Fulton-Montgomery Community College. Moore graduated from GHS in 2014 and graduated from FMCC in 2016. She is attending Grossmont College, San Diego County, Calif. Both are living and working in San Diego County. A wedding is being planned for the fall of 2021.
