Marian Rowe, the daughter of Mark Rowe and Lorraine Emond of Gloversville, announces her engagement to Zachary Eck, the son of Walter William Eck II and Kathleen Eck of Slingerlands.
Rowe is a 2005 graduate of Gloversville High School and a 2009 graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Rowe received a bachelor of science degree in psychology and is employed as an assistant program director at Mohawk Opportunities Inc. in Schenectady.
Eck is a 2006 graduate of Bethlehem High School and a 2010 graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Eck received a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice and is employed as a security police officer at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Niskayuna.
The two reside in Scotia. A December 2013 wedding in Rexford is planned.
