Ellerby-Sweet

Judy Ann Ellerby, the daughter of Carl and Kathy Ellerby of Caroga Lake, was united in marriage to Adam Paul Sweet, the son of Terry and Colleen Sweet of Ephratah, on Aug. 25, 2012.

The outdoor ceremony took place outside of Canajoharie. Bleecker Town Justice James Olson officiated.

The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Alicia Ellerby of Watertown, Wisc., sister of the bride. The bridal attendants were Linnea Olson of Bleecker, Melissa Duesler of Ephratah and Jillian Getman of Canajoharie. The flower girls were Nisa Johnson and Autumn Schindel of Watertown, Wisc., nieces of the bride.

The best man was Kyle Duesler of Ephratah, cousin of the bridegroom. The groomsmen were Chad Sweet of Ephratah, brother of the bridegroom, Mike Morse of Ephratah, and Nick Meredith of Caroga Lake. The ringbearer was Tanner Meredith of Caroga Lake, who was pulled in a wagon by Jazmine Gattman of Gloversville, niece of the bride.

A reception for 200 guests took place at the Ephratah Rod and Gun Club.

The couple resides in Stratford.
