Homkey, 35, of 4085 Route 5S was charged on March 21 by Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and circumvent ignition interlock device. Mayfield man gets charged with DWI MAYFIELD — Richard L. Bailey, 60, of 121 Schabacker Road, Johnstown, was charged by Fulton County sheriff’s deputies March 12 with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. Deputies said he was arrested at 11:49 p.m. in the town of Mayfield after deputies investigated a car off the road on Route 30. Deputies determined that Bailey had allegedly operated the vehicle while intoxicated. He will appear later in Town Court.…
