Charyl Ann Morgan Valentino, 50, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 15, 2013, at her home in Gloversville.
Born in Gloversville on June 15, 1962, she was the daughter of James Floyd Morgan and Ellen Lousie (Boles) Morgan.
She had been employed by Lexington Center of Gloversville.
Charyl had a deep love for her grandchildren; they were the light of her life.
Besides her father, Charyl was predeceased by a daughter, Jessica Marie Morgan.
She is survived by: her mother, Ellen Louise Morgan of Gloversville; two sons, Elijah McGuire of Schenectady and Zachary McGuire of Gloversville; five grandchildren, Azura, Cassmera, Logan, Sean and Jordan; three brothers, Charles Steele of Mohawk, James Morgan of Florida and Richard (Connie) Morgan of Gloversville; one sister, Barbara (Phil) Lewis of Florida; and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont Street, Gloversville, with the Rev. Christopher Hamm officiating. Friends are invited to call one hour prior to the funeral service from 1 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place in the spring at Ferndale Cemetery, Johnstown, N.Y.
