Claudia A. Rokitowski

Claudia A. (Creglis) Rokitowski, of Hagaman, N.Y., lost her battle with cancer on Friday, April 19, 2013, in St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, N.Y.

She was born April 7, 1952, to her late parents, Edward and Genevieve Creglis. A graduate of Perth Central School, a manager at Big N, head teller at Key Bank, Deputy Clerk of the village of Hagaman, and most beloved as an effervescent wife, mother, and friend.

A longtime member of the church of St. John the Baptist, an avid gardener and phenomenal cook, Claudia leaves behind her husband, Anthony V. Rokitowski; daughters, Rebecca DiCaprio (husband, Stephen), Dianna Rokitowski; and sister, Susan Ratynski (husband, Edward).

The daughter of a dairy farmer, an ever available ear, a mother and even more a friend, wise-council but never judge and jury, a wife and even more a soul-mate, a quick-witted sense of humor, a teacher still today: endless words, endless love.
