Marjorie L. Frye Moore, 85, of Gloversville, passed away April 9, 2013, at Nathan Littauer Nursing Home, Gloversville, N.Y. She was born on September 13, 1927, in Gloversville, N.Y., the daughter of the late Henry and Helen Smith.
She has resided all of her life in the Gloversville area. Mrs. Moore had been employed by the Mount Caramel School in the cafeteria, Coleco, and Decca Records. She enjoyed a variety of activities spending time at the senior center, bingo, crafts and spending time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her late husbands, Theodore B. Frye and Jessie Moore.
Marjorie is survived by her loving family: Ruth Ann Wells of Sammonsville, Belinda Hill (Mike) of Gloversville, Theodore Frye Jr. (Tammy) of Florida, Henry Frye of Gloversville, Robert Frye Sr. (Lisa Gallt) of Gloversville, David Frye of West Virginia and several stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Saturday, April 13, 2013, from noon to 1 p.m. at the Gloversville Funeral Service, 4 Second Ave., Gloversville, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Ferndale Cemetery, Johnstown.
