Suzanne B. Geraghty, born on November 20, 1927, to the late John V. and Helen Hathaway Houghtaling, passed away, February 13, 2016.
She is survived by a son, Michael F. Geraghty Jr. (Kathryn) of Gloversville; two daughters, Sue Geraghty Eckert of Northville and Patrice A. Geraghty of Rockville, MD; five grandchildren, Kelly Derrig Geraghty, Michael Francis Geraghty III, Michael Patrick Eckert, Katelyn Suzanne Eckert and Mackenzie Erin Geraghty; great-grandchildren, Derrig Saint Geraghty, Owen Preston Geraghty and McKenna Marie Geraghty.
At the request of the deceased, cremation will take place with a private memorial mass to be celebrated at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Northville at the convenience of the immediate family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation of St. Mary’s Hospital, 427 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY, or the charity of one’s choice.
