Constance “Connie” A. DeCrescente, 61, of South Glens Falls, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017, at the Glens Falls Hospital.
Born on September 25, 1955, in Gloversville, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Dorothy (Putnam) Playford.
Connie enjoyed sipping her coffee, playing cards with friends and gardening. She loved cats, penguins and cows. Though what she held closest to her heart were the memories she shared with her son, Michael, who she always supported with his activities.
Connie owned Main Street Tavern with her husband, Paul DeCrescente.
In addition to her parents, Connie was predeceased by her loving husband of 26 years, Paul.
Survivors include her son, Michael DeCrescente; grandchildren, Aaliyah and Skyler DeCrescente; brothers, Gerald Playford II, Gregory Playford and Jeffery Playford; and stepfather, Stanley Nourse Sr. Connie is also survived by several nieces, nephews and the DeCrescente family.
At Connie’s request, no services are scheduled.
