Olive Burdette Beyer, age 97, of Gloversville, NY, passed away on April 16, 2018, at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. Born in Northville, NY on March 24, 1921, she is the daughter of the late George and Ella Williams Allen.
She is a lifetime resident of the area and a former member of the Red Hat Society. She was a dedicated and loving wife and mother.
Survivors include daughter, JoAnn Malik of Gloversville; cousins, Donna (Ray) Fancher and James Deming of Northville; and nieces, Janet Culver of Florida and Cheryl Culver of Ohio; foster daughter, Monica Kenyon of Gloversville. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Burdette in December of 1988; and her second husband, William “Bud” Beyer in 2000. She was also predeceased by her sister, Marie Culver.
A graveside service of remembrance will take place at a later date.
