Helen Mosher Reed passed away October 25, 2017, in Ocala Florida. Helen was born in Amsterdam, New York on June 20, 1939, daughter of Arthur Mosher and Elsie Windecker Mosher.

She is survived by her husband, Willard Reed Sr.; two daughters, Sherry Ann Millington, Melissa Haak; one son, Mark Reed; one stepdaughter, Teri-Lyn Spotswood; and two stepsons, Willard Reed Jr and Kristopher Reed. She is also survived by one brother, Melvin Mosher; as well as many nieces, and nephews; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Helen was a member of the Fort King Presbyterian Church, where she was active in the prayer shawl ministry, knitting prayer shawls for the sick. Helen was also a member of the Broadalbin Eastern Star. Before her retirement in 1994, Helen worked many years as an account receivable clerk for the Gates Mills Glove Company.

There will be a memorial service at the First Presbyterian Church of Broadalbin on June 16, 2018, at 2 p.m.
