Doris Gail Warner, age 77, of Mayfield, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at Ellis Hospital with her family at her side. She was born on October 1, 1941, in Hope, NY, the daughter of the late John and Everetta Ellsworth.
She was employed at various jobs throughout her life, lastly for Grandoe Glove Company, from which she retired.
Gail enjoyed watching her birds, her flowers and wind chimes, reading, John Wayne shows and mostly the love for her family.
Survivors include her children, Nevada (Heath) Hook, Tammy Wilder (Greg), Christopher (Carol) Warner, Stacey (Arnold) Oliver, Heather (Todd) Oliver, John (Jennifer) Warner and Michael (Lindsay) Warner; one sister, Patricia Walter; grandchildren, Albie, Aaron, Chenessa, Savannah, Mallary, Kasey, Jennifer, Shane, Desiree, Tyler, Ryan, Megan, Dylan, Jansen, Chance, John Ray and Cameron; several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her best friend, Peggy Lawton.
Family and friends are invited to visitation on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at the Northville Funeral Home from noon to 2 p.m. where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Northville.
