Evelyn E. McFeeley, age 94, of Johnstown, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at the Wells Nursing Home.
She was born on August 21, 1925, in Binghamton, a daughter of the late Michael and Matilda Gabovic Skalla.
Evelyn worked as a secretary for many years at several local leather businesses. Mrs. McFeeley was of the Catholic faith.
Mrs. McFeeley is survived by her son, Timothy McFeeley (Robert Mondzak); son-in-law, Bill Blowers; two grandchildren, Elizabeth Laird and Jacob Blowers; one great-granddaughter, Carlye Robin Clifford; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Robert McFeeley; her daughter, Margaret Robin Blowers; and two sisters, Margaret LaGreca and Pauline Jones.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at the Barter & Donnan Funeral Home, 1 N. Melcher Street, Johnstown, with Deacon Dick Solar officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Fern Dale Cemetery, Johnstown immediately following the funeral service.
