Hunter L. Cole-Hatchard

Hunter L. Cole-Hatchard, on March 3, 2020, at the age of 96, he passed away peacefully at his home in Hope, NY.

Hunter served in the U.S. Navy during WWII on the USS Oconto as a Pharmacist’s Mate 3rd Class from 1943 to 1946. He had worked for over 30 years as a meter reader for the Orange & Rockland Utility Company.

He also was involved in 14 different Masonic organizations during his lifetime.

He is survived by his children, Sheila and Nicholas Pfeister, Reagan and Jerry Grant, Monica Bagnasco, Reid Cole-Hatchard and Barbara Brewer, Craig Cole-Hatchard and Helen Tooley; 12 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce L. Cole-Hatchard.

A military and Masonic service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. at the Saratoga National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Northville Funeral Home. Condolences may be made to the family online at
