Paul E. Conti, age 74, of Ballston Spa, formerly of Gloversville, died Sunday, October 25, 2020, at Slate Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Granville.
He was born July 15, 1946, in Gloversville, the son of the late Louis and Berniece Aderholdt Conti. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1969, in Thailand and later served in the New York State Air National Guard for 24 years. He was employed by General Electric Co. of Schenectady for 30 years and Saratoga Race Track for many years until 2015. He was a member of the Saratoga Wilton Elks Club.
Paul is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bonnie L. Decker Conti; a son, Wade M. Conti (Tanya) of Georgia; two grandchildren, Faith and Elias Conti; a brother, Thomas C. Conti of San Francisco; one aunt, Leona Ort of Gloversville; and several cousins.
A private graveside service with military honors will take place at the convenience of the family at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
