Johnstown – Noranne H. Marcellus, age 78, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2021 at the Wells Nursing Home in Johnstown, NY.
Born in Amsterdam, NY, she is the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Eleanor L. (Fancher) Marcellus. She attended local schools and was a lifetime resident of the area. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her loving family.
Noranne is survived by her brother Joel Marcellus of Troy and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents and brothers, Wayne and David Marcellus.
Arrangements are in the care of Northville Funeral Service, 401 Bridge Street, Northville, NY 12134. It was Noranne’s wishes to be cremated and then interred on her family’s plot in Edinburg Cemetery. A memorial gathering will take place at a future date.
