Joyce Frisch, 89, of Mayfield NY, passed away on
Saturday, November 6, 2021, at her home with her
loving family by her side.
Born on February 26, 1932, in Broadalbin NY, she
was the daughter of the late Harry and Winifred
(Blanchard) Stahl.
Joyce was a Registered Nurse for over 40 years
working at local hospitals and nursing homes. She
retired from Fort Plain Central School District as
the school nurse. Joyce was a member and secretary
of the Cranberry Creek Community Church.
She married the love of her life, Carl E. Frisch on
February 17, 1951, until his passing on October 28,
2021.
Joyce is survived by her children Yvonne
Frisch-Putman (Jack), Dale Frisch (Julie), James
Frisch (Suzanne), Jayne Frisch, Andrew Frisch (Janis);
brother, Richard Stahl (Delores); 15 grandchildren;
17 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces,
nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her husband and parents, Joyce is
predeceased by her son, Robin Frisch and brother,
Howard Stahl.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday November
9, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at the A.G. Cole Funeral
Home, Inc., 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown.
Visitation for family and friends will be held prior
to the service at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m.
until 12:00 p.m.
Interment will be in Broadalbin Union Mills Rural
Cemetery.

they gave to their father and mother.
